For those who want to get familiar with the new characters and organizations.
(And for those who want to know in what kind of shitty state our world has fallen to this time ).
The problem with AGE was that they wanted to make it for kids, but at the same time they somehow made it one of the darker Gundam shows and it ended up pleasing no one.
That was the least of its problems.

I wasn't really expecting to see anything Gundam this year.
Doesn't Valvrave count, to some extent? It is essentially a(n inferior) copy of all Gundam shows thus far (and of Code Geass, but that itself is in essence a Gundam copy).

Thank you. On the other hand, your sarcasm right here is anything but original. Or smart. Try harder.

I'd suggest you leave the club if you don't like anything Gundam or Sunrise has done and take your shit elsewhere.
This might be surprising to you, but I like Gundam.
What I don't like is when Sunrise stops making Gundam and starts making shitty gimmicks and selling them under the name Gundam. Does the name Trailblazer remind you of anything, by any chance? Are you perchance aware that I consider the first season of 00 reasonably entertaining (though the last few episodes went derp), and even the first third or so of the second season is fairly decent (though it does go straight downhill from there on, culminating in a terrible movie that I really wish never existed) in my opinion?

Maybe that's because you don't like anything Type-Moon. Then again you never bothered to try their works, but that's another discussion. And the club isn't mine.

Keeping it at the level of Gundam X or something would have been sufficient. I can see this working better in that regard and I'll much rather watch it than more SD Gundam, although it is a bummer we can't have a real AU series or Origin right now. I wasn't really expecting to see anything Gundam this year.

I... I have to admit I don't mind an anime about GunPla tournaments at all. Might be a nice change of pace after copious amounts of Newtypes and drama-that-takes-itself-way-too-seriously-but-is-actually-hilarious.
But I am disappointed it didn't turn out to be Gundam Boyfriends.
Well, they even have the gunpla on their official page already. It should have nothing to do with 00 or valvrave or SEED or whatever you are trying to say.

Wans't Origin 2014? Now it's "between 2014 and 2015"?
Who the fuck hired SHAFT to design the work schedule?

With series composition by the same guy who did it for Gundam 00? I don't think so.
