Person: Kano

Kano is a Japanese singer with rising popularity known for her soft and girly voice, who usually uploads covers of Vocaloid and anime songs on the internet. Her name means "of the deer" which is why she is usally depicted with a deer or wearing small deer antlers. She is said to be around 140 cm (4 ft 7 in) in height.

Although most known for her singing, Kano has recently debuted as a Vocaloid producer with the song Toumei Ningen no Nihilism. Not so often, she works on PVs for Vocaloid songs, as seen in Mato's song Hollow and her cover of Kemu's Rokuchounen to Ichiya Monogatari.

Her first cover was an 8-bit arrange of Ren'ai Circulation, one of the openings from the anime Bakemonogatari, which was uploaded on January 6, 2010. Her most famous cover is of Nanou's Hello / How Are You, which topped Nico Nico Douga's rankings for one week.

Her first doujin album Bambino was released on January 16, 2011, which featured covers of Vocaloid songs. She has followed up by releasing five more cover albums to date, the most recent at Comic Market 85. While these are all solo works, she has also taken part on EXIT TUNES' Kami Kyoku o Utattemita series and a few PolyphonicBranch albums.
