Jeg håber, at du vil trives her. Begynd gerne med at gennemgå vores guide, som er en hurtig og nem måde at blive introduceret til de vigtigste ting på Wikipedia.

Du kan også læse om tips til, hvordan du hurtigt kommer i gang med at redigere, og de mest almindelige begynderfejl. Hvis du har spørgsmål til, hvordan du kommer i gang, kan du gennemse de oftest stillede spørgsmål om Wikipedia samt nybegynderforummet. Fem ting at tænke på:

  • Vær dristig! Den væsentligste fejl, som nybegyndere begår, er slet ikke at skrive. Skriv! Hvis du begår sproglige fejl eller glemmer nogle ting, vil andre rette den slags til efterhånden. En stor hjælp er at bruge forhåndsvisning til at se, hvordan dine ændringer kommer til at se ud, inden du gemmer dem, og du kan også lege i "sandkassen" inden du går i kast med de rigtige artikler. Husk blot, at du aldrig må kopiere andre steder fra, med mindre det er frit indhold. Prøv desuden altid at skrive fra et neutralt synspunkt og beskriv dine redigeringer.
  • Kig dig omkring! Se bl.a. skribentforsiden - der findes flere nyttige links.
  • Læs og lær! Fortsæt gerne med at læse om god opførsel på Wikipedia, hvordan du uploader billeder og stilmanualen.
  • Stil spørgsmål! De erfarne brugere hjælper gerne på nybegynderforummet hvis du har brug for hjælp! Du kan også få tilknyttet en mentor, der kan hjælpe. En god metode er også at efterligne – se hvordan andre artikler er lavet (kig blandt andet blandt vores pt bedste artikler) og brug nogle af de samme redskaber.
  • Signér! Når du skriver indlæg på diskussionssider (som denne), så husk at signére det du skriver. Dette gør du nemmest ved at klikke på "signér"-knappen eller selv skrive fire tilder (~~~~). Du skal ikke signere bidrag til artikler.

Hej Honymand, jeg så at du skrev Det danske kulturlandskabs udvikling i 2010, og bidraget til Eem-mellemistiden .
