2003 sees two new team titles: Teen Titans by Geoff Johns and Outsiders by Judd Winick. The latter features many former members of the former, and in the following years the two titles cross over with "The Insiders" and "The Return of Donna Troy". Aquaman is brought back to the lime light with Rick Veitch's Aquaman (Volume 6). Greg Rucka starts his run on Wonder Woman (Volume 2) at #195.
