Synopsis for "Rewired, Part 2 of 8: The Dead Man Plan"

News reports confirm that Mayor William Dusk dies at Arkham Institute. Batman (Terry McGinnis) arrives at Arkham Institute where Commissioner Gordon is waiting for him. They're both suspect that the mayor's heart attack was caused by an inmate. Batman interrogates Ghoul but gets nothing from him.

At Dusk Residence, Barbara gathers all relevant information on Mayor William. She's informed by Susan Dusk that William just had his heart checked and was told it was fine. Barbara calls David (The Coroner) and he confirms that Dusk did have a heart attack but there were no signs of poison. The heart attack came as a result of an electrical shock to his nervous system. This could only happen through his phone but electricity had to be passed to it through the air as on its own it wouldn't have the ability to cause an electrical shock.

Meanwhile Terry is at Dick Grayson's loft training. He has missed his mid-terms working as Batman so late. Barbara sends Dick Grayson the Coroner's report and know the criminal has Bio-electricity powers. At the Arkham Institute the power goes out and all the cells are opened.
