JLA #1000000 is an issue of the series JLA (Volume 1) with a cover date of November, 1998.

Synopsis for "Prisoners of the Twentieth Century"

To stop the Hourman virus from destroying the world, the Justice Legion Alpha has decided to build Solaris, but they need help. They visit the Justice League Watchtower, only to find themselves in a fight with the present-day Justice League of America. Eventually the heroes are able to earn their respect and begin working together. They use Steel's time machine to help power Solaris, since it wouldn't have been powerful enough to reach the 853rd Century, anyway.

Starman then regroups with everybody and is immediately attacked by Batman, who accuses him of being a traitor.
