Roxy Leech is the tough but beautiful daughter of Superboy's shady business manager Rex Leech. She does not approve of her father's criminal dealings, but she is deeply in love with Superboy. Sam Makoa recruited her to become part of the Hawaii S.C.U., and she became a dedicated police officer. Roxy Leech was created by Karl Kesel and Tom Grummett, first appearing in Adventures of Superman #502. (1993)
