The 1988 NCAA Division III women's basketball tournament was the seventh annual tournament hosted by the NCAA to determine the national champion of Division III women's collegiate basketball in the United States.[1]

Concordia Moorhead defeated St. John Fisher in the championship game, 65–57, to claim the Cobbers' first NCAA Division III national title and second overall.
