Talk:Ecclesiastical state

To the person who has been reverting this page, please stop. I will be asking for you to be banned due to the fact that you repeatedly vandalize pages on Wikipedia. Davidpdx 9/14/05 10:10 (UTC)

David: How can I be the one vandalizing this page when I started it, so you must be the one vandalizing it? Please explain your logic how you can reverse the facts like that? Instead of redirecting it and giving the feeling that you want the Vatican to be the only ecclesiastical state in the world, why not try to improve this revision by someone else of my original version? Ecclesiastical State

There are only two recognized ecclesiastical states, which are: the internationally recognized Vatican City and the embryonic, yet less recognized, Dominion of Melchizedek.

Just FYI, the fact that you started an entry doesn't mean you own it. -- (drini|) 07:15, 15 September 2005 (UTC)Reply

Please see talk page for Bokak Atoll before reverting. Davidpdx 9/16/05 9:49 (UTC)

I can't see why it should be deleted, but perhaps redirected to ecclesiastical government is a good idea.Samspade 18:32, 23 September 2005 (UTC)Reply

This should not be deleted, but should instead be redirected to Ecclesiastical Government. I will post comments on the page where the deletion is being discussed. Davidpdx 9/25/05 11:13 (UTC)

There is no agreement that Vatican is the only ecclesiastical state so why do you keep changing this?
I still have not seen solid proof that DOM is an ecclesiastical state. I've put my comments on the DOM page and am waiting for your reply. I do not see anyone agreeing with you that DOM is legitimate. Until there is solid proof, there is no consensus. I have left the waterdown version that at least mentions DOM on this page. Furthermore, this page is slated to be either deleted or redirected to Ecclesiastical government. If you want to make comments, then you had better add them soon, as it will be closing any day now. Once it is deleted or redirected, you will not be able to readded this page. Davidpdx 9/30/05 10:06 (UTC)

I have ask for a formal review of the discussion and whether or not this can be rfd'd again. I believe there was a consensus to redirect this article. It is my opinion that this would help in terms of the heavy amount of POV material being added. Davidpdx 10/3/05 8:48 (UTC)

Per discussion with Paul, I am redirecting this page to Ecclesiastical government. There was enough of a consensus to do so. Please do not recreate this article.Davidpdx 10/3/05 0:34 (UTC)
I will revert on sight attempts to recreate this article. Jdavidb 02:37, 4 October 2005 (UTC)Reply
