editAfter C Co fought with the NVA, Echo Co later trailed NVA to a secluded mountain and found a 175 bed (estimate) NVA hospital. There were Operating rooms with electric lighting, a school teaching their own field medics , and female nurses staffing the hospital. Found at the base of the hill was a clean running stream , a cave with huge amounts of Hospital supplies. There were OR instruments manufactured in Germany.(V Muller). A top of the line OR instruments. There were battle dressings, Iv tubing and IV fluids Also noted was notes telling the NVA had received these supplies donated by the students of Berkeley Calif. by way of Japan. All, the buildings and the supplies were destroyed by the use of Napalm. Following the well beaten path later that day we captured twelve North Vietnamese nurses that were flown out of the mountain area the next morning. 173.216.163.37 (talk) 15:03, 22 January 2023 (UTC)
