Syeds from Tirmiz

Kamal uddin arrived and settled in Kaithal, Haryana in 1220. His descendants mainly moved to Nehtaur, district Bijnaur. after the partition in 1947, most of these Zaidi Syeds migrated to Pakistan but some of them still reside in Nehtaur, Nagina and Sehwara. Famous Urdu writer, late Quratul ain Hyder was one of the descendants of Kanal uddin Tirmizi.
