@Ophidianmoon: The creator of the userboxes came back after many years of being inactive and requested their username changed. Then they put the retired template on their talk page. The pagemover who changed the talk page of the user and the names of the userboxes, but did not update their names in the gallery. It was a good thing I had put them in a category that I created.
