Congratulations! My only words of advice is that it is never a bad idea to ask for a second opinion if you are unsure about a decision or have a conflict. Possible IP hopper

I saw you blocked User talk:174.198.6.150, and looking at the history of one of the pages they vandalized, and the contribs of all of the IPs there, I think the IP might be an IP-hopping vandal. I think it might be worth looking into the page histories of other pages the IPs have vandalized. I don't think I have the time to do this myself at the moment. InvalidOS, so I checked the IPs and it looks like I did block 2601:989:4002:ef90::/64 for 3 months. It looks like Ohnoitsjamie also blocked 174.198.0.0/18.
