Is there an adnoun in which the word people (or similar hyponym) is not the omitted word? I'm having trouble thinking of one. Hyenaste ^(tell) 18:45, 12 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

A. 'mess' as in 'bless this mess' although you could argue the missing noun is God.

Q. It appears in the article that John Eliot is defining the term Adnoun a century before the origin of the word. How does that happen?
