"Digital audio wireless systems using DECT, are resistant to interference". Absolute rubbish. The may be able to better cope with interference than some other standards, but all wireless communication systems are subject to interference. If DECT was immune it would have replaced every other standard for everything. If this sentence was meant to state that they are more resistant than some older standards, that should be clarified. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 94.192.45.189 (talk) 22:08, 20 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Snooping, scaremongering

"Really? With all respect to our NBC colleagues, what is the danger here? Obviously no one wants to be snooped on. But if burglars want to know when you’re not home, they could just, you know, watch your house from the outside. They don’t need a baby monitor for that. Likewise, you can’t really prevent creeps from looking at your baby -- unless you never leave the house."

That is the first paragraph of the link I just removed. The rest of the linked article carries on in the same vein, and can hardly be said to justify the prescriptive text that went with it. __ Just plain Bill (talk) 01:14, 2 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
