I can't say I know anything about Dominican politics, but I do know that this article has NPOV problems.

Agree. Added tag. It lacks sources as well. -- Eagleamn 05:57, 16 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Neutrality

[edit]

How can you claim "I don't know anything about dominican politics" and at the same time say "there are problems with neutrality". I guess you need to do some research before placing this comment. But since it seems you might be a bit lazy to so I'll provide you some links where all the information that is controversial here can be confirmed.

PDL was generally considered a conservative party in its fiscal and economics politics (less social spending and taxes) and PRD is considered socialdemocratic. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 93.41.203.66 (talk) 13:58, 20 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

New Edits

[edit]

Hello, I just wanted to inform the community that I would be making some edits to this article soon. I found that it lacked sufficient information and I wanted to be able to provide a broader and more detailed view on the Dominican Liberation Party and add some recent events involving the party and of course the recent election. I will also hopefully be able to reorganize the article so it follows a more “chronological” flow beginning with the founder and ending in the modern day. In addition, I plan to add a section about a recent scandal the party was involved in as I feel it might give the article a bit more realism in the fact that it was not mentioned at all even though it made several headlines when it occurred. Over all, I wanted to give the article more substance and information than just election results and stats as there is so much more to look into. I leave here the link to my annotated bibliography which I compiled whilst completing preliminary research on the topic. Thank you. Marcoperez2024 (talk) 04:10, 3 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
