I did a very crude merge job from a new article at Lacey, John Fletcher. There seems to be contradicting information on the Lacey act, and I really don't know how to fix that. Most info should probably be merged to lacey act. It contradicts there too though. I'll drop a note on that talkpage aswell, to see how this can best be resolved.
