Condominiums
[edit]While 40 Beacon St. may be subdivided, 39 Beacon St remains a single family residence with two apartments. It is NOT divided into condominiums. It is currently listed for sale on Zillow (as of Feb. 8, 2017) as a single family home and the accompanying photographs indicate same. The included apartments are not listed separately. This should either be clarified in the article or mention of the subdivision should be removed.
