Removed term "freeway-standard" from opening phrase
[edit]I have removed the term "freeway-standard" from the following phrase in the opening paragraph: "...commercial vehicles are restricted from using the freeway-standard highway..."
My reasoning is that this parkway does not qualify as being a "freeway-standard highway" for various reasons, including lane width in section, lack of paved emergency lanes (lack of emergency lanes altogether actually), multiple on and off ramps that are not designed for larger commercial vehicles (parts of the 25A interchange, Old Indian Head Rd, to name a couple), lack of larger vehicle rated traffic dividers (such as "jersey walls" etc) in various section (or total lack of any such divider at all) and so on.
In addition, there is at least multiple overpass bridges that are not adequate height to meet "freeway-standards" (one or more of: namely, Rt 454, New Hwy and Scholar Ln)
Thus, I do not think the term applies.
