I can't believe the stub people went to the bother of setting up {{Canada-composer-stub}} to turn around and lump them into the Category:Canadian musician stubs. This means that {{Canada-composer-stub}} = {{Canada-musician-stub}}. SILY!!! Less confusing? Less error in choosing proper template? Was the project supposed to set up the cat? My logic 1:1 stub:category. This is wikipedia. Confirm with project stub doc's / other projects. Composers are musicians but different rules apply (infobox template, projects, notability?)

For new stub category:

1. guideline on number (and cross project) stub templates per article {{Canada-composer-stub}} + {{Canada-singer-stub}} + {{Russia-composer-stub}}
2. set up cat
3. cat links??????? 2a. TEST
4. Maintain current stub categories
5. Template itslef: put into new cat
6. Template documentation
7. Might as well fix other doc issue on their site listing stubs
