Not only is spencer raby a fantastic runner he is a true friend who you are always able to count on if you are in need of some advice or just need someone to talk to. During his highschool career he has competed on the otario level in multiple running and swimming events. During grade 9 spencer showed adversity when he was unable to make it to his first ofsaa track after a semi dissapointing cross country season. Training throughout the summer Spencer showed his true colours by winning his first individual sossa medal, then carried his team to a provincial title. The inspiration carried through the season over to track where spencer was able to qualify in the 3000 metre to ofsaa. During this time he had also gone to multiple swim meets competeing succesfuly to earn his teammates and classmates respect. This man should stand with the greats, not because he is a fantastic athlete but an all round heck of a guy. So far he has only dented the surface of what he will create.
