Tyrone Wheatey FAC

Would you be so kind as to take a moment to lay out your comments in bullet points so that I can address each one. I feel I might be out of place doing so myself.--TonyTheTiger (t/c/bio/WP:CHICAGO/WP:LOTD) 21:06, 29 January 2008 (UTC)

I have rearranged your comments and responded to them.--TonyTheTiger (t/c/bio/WP:CHICAGO/WP:LOTD) 05:19, 30 January 2008 (UTC)
I think I addressed your two remaining points.--TonyTheTiger (t/c/bio/WP:CHICAGO/WP:LOTD) 16:53, 30 January 2008 (UTC)
O.K. How about now?--TonyTheTiger (t/c/bio/WP:CHICAGO/WP:LOTD) 18:22, 30 January 2008 (UTC)
Your revised assessment would still be appreciated for Tyrone Wheatley.--TonyTheTiger (t/c/bio/WP:CHICAGO/WP:LOTD) 19:03, 2 February 2008 (UTC)

WP:AADD

Hello, Mecu. You do know that WP:NOREASON is never a good argument either, right? ;) BlueAg09 (Talk) 00:49, 22 February 2008 (UTC)

I did not know you participated in similar discussions. I have never seen one on WP:CFB or elsewhere which you participated in. Also, please try to keep the discussion within this page just so it remains coherent.

Need some help

Could you help me get this stupid pic of me off of here. I cousin got into my account one day and uploaded it and I never gave permission, even though he said I did. Once I found what he did, I went and I removed the permisson thing, but nothin' has happened. Can ya help me out? I'd appreciate it. --Crash Underride 22:59, 27 February 2008 (UTC)

Thanks, for the heads up. I ripped my cousin a new one once I saw it. He said he did it cuz he thought it would be a suprise. I was suprised, then pissed off cuz he didn't ask me first. --Crash Underride 17:37, 28 February 2008 (UTC)

Article cleanups!

Thanks for the article cleanups on the Southwestern College Moundbuilders football coaches, but I think something funny is happening with the references. The references should be going to the coach's all-time records history, but instead it's linking to the press release on the new coach... could you check it out and verify?--Paul McDonald (talk) 15:10, 28 February 2008 (UTC)

Hi Mecu. I'm looking for assistance and advice on getting an image for the Victoria Climbié article which I have nominated for FA, but which doesn't have any images. The image shown in this web page is the standard one used by the BBC and other media, but I'm not sure of the rules of Wiki using it. What do you think? SilkTork *What's YOUR point? 08:15, 29 February 2008 (UTC)

I would think you could make a strong case for fair use, since the subject has died. It would be impossible to create a free version, though you should search for a free version, though that would also be unlikely as she wasn't notable before hand (I think) and not likely to have any pictures of her other than from her family which might not release a free version, though you may wish to contact them and request one. Once you have searched and attempted a request for a free one (wait a few weeks at least), you could then upload it to Wikipedia under fair use and apply a rationale. I would take this one and crop it down some (it will help satisfy your requirement of reduced size). Use a rationale template and you'll be fine. I can help more when you get to that point. For requesting permission, see WP:COPYREQ. Good luck! MECUtalk 13:35, 29 February 2008 (UTC)
