• The uploader claims this photo came from April 30th of 2011, yet the efix states it was from March of that year. • I think the licence is ok and that this is a simple date typing error. They've uploaded a number of images taken over a significant timespan, got the other dates correct, and their all non-professional images taken with the same camera type. - Peripitus (Talk) 07:27, 28 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

• Uploader claims that file is in the public domain because it was published in 1990, and that it becomes a free document 10 years after publication in the UK. The New York art dealer seller's response I received when asking age was "I do not know its age but it looks old." I find no date on the wood piece or markings of any kind. The listing said "RARE OLD GELEDE "COCK FIGHT" WOOD STATUE FROM NIGERIA ORIGINAL ITEM - AMAZING PAINTING DETAILS" and "In this item's case I Know is that it is Yoruba Gelede, from Nigeria." and "This is one of Many Authentic Tribal Items I had the luck to buy throughout the years.". • See also Commons:COM:ART#Photograph of an old sculpture found on the Internet, or in a book. The file information page does not identify the photographer, so the photo seems to be unlicensed. On the other hand, the comment above suggests that the uploader might be the photographer. Thanks so much for your input, I can take whatever photograph if needed or make whatever statement of possession or ownership needed and release to public domain, if that helps. • Since the creator of this piece is anonymous without any designating marks, the piece can only be identified as "it looks old", with the condition(separation of attachments) of the piece exhibiting an appearance of possible even up to antiquity(no one knows) and the photograph is owned by the current owner. Is it possible this piece could be tagged as PD-because|anonymous without identifying marks? All Worlds (talk) 11:17, 6 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
• I am not at all worried about the age of the 3D item, which appears to be as anonymous as it gets. I am worried about the authorship of this photograph, and suggest deletion unless the uploader indicates s/he is the author in the next few days.
