Using all usernames to post the image File:FILAM.jpg repeated to articles where consensus has deemed the image off-topic. Used IP to mask most recent additions of image: http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Melting_pot&action=history I also suspect that User:Dr CareBear may be a stolen user account, as the posting habits have made an abrupt change in the last month. Notice the change starting at http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Multiracial&diff=prev&oldid=260496407
"Forgetting to log in" doesn't explain this: http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Melting_pot&diff=262030301&oldid=262028915 I am automatically logged out when I close out internet explorer. I went back into the page through a shortcut on my desktop and forgot to log in. Dr CareBear (talk) 05:13, 5 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
This is not true. My wife shares this same computer and created her own account called FILJOY which she only used once. She spends most of her time on www.youtube.com viewing videos from the Philippines as she is a Filipina and posting comments there. Uncle Milty seems to be racially motivated in his false charges of vandalism he has made against me. Because I forgot to log on he found my wife's account she created. I have been editing Wikipedia for over a year and I know Sockpuppetry is a violation and I reframe from it. The account in question called FILJOY was my wife. Please call us at 937-938-6686 USA and I can discuss all my edits. Notice that when I was in the Philiipines I was accused as a new user of sockpuppetry. Look at the IPs. If you do a trace of them they are in the Philippines. Notice that the picture I uploaded for articles is of our half Filipino child. Dr CareBear (talk) 04:37, 5 January 2009 (UTC) Please see my reply to Uncle Milty (talk).[reply]
P.S. Forgetting to log on is not a Sockpuppet. You are allowed to edit pages with an IP address if you forget to log in. Dr CareBear (talk) 04:37, 5 January 2009 (UTC) Again please call us in the USA at 937-938-6686 USA and I can discuss all my edits on biochemisty. This is my account and it is not "highjacked". I perceive that all three of the above accounts are edit warring. They repeatedly add the picture File:FILAM.jpg in a variety of articles, and keep reinserting it after it is removed by other editors. Since three different accounts are cooperating in this venture, not taking care to announce the relationship on any of their User pages, I judge that they are all guilty of warring and abuse of multiple accounts. No plausible reason has been given why the same article should alternately be edited by Dr CareBear and the IP. Since this must be CareBear's IP it will be no loss if he has to continue to do his work without using that IP. The IP is blocked anon-only for 3 months, Dr CareBear 1 month and FILJOY is indefinitely blocked for abuse of multiple accounts. Inserting a photograph of your own family member must fall under WP:COI as well.
For previous misadventures of this editor with our sockpuppet policy in June, 2007 see Wikipedia:Suspected sock puppets/Dr CareBear and Wikipedia:Requests for checkuser/Case/Dr CareBear. When determining block durations I took this previous history into account. Other admins are welcome to modify these blocks if they think it appropriate.
