Lisa Kipersztok was born in New Hampshire and grew up in Maryland and Florida. She graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Molecular and Microbiology from the the University of Central Florida in 2010. She spent one year as an AmeriCorps VISTA at the Anne Arundel County Public School Board as a Service-Learning Coordinator. She graduated with a Doctor in Medicine and a Master in Public Health from Tufts University School of Medicine in 2015. She is currently a Family Medicine Resident in Portland, Oregon at Oregon Health and Sciences University. She is interested in reproductive and social justice, sexual health, adolescent medicine, healthcare reform, addiction medicine and food-related terms in medicine. She also enjoys painting, drawing, cooking, baking, running, hiking and gardening in her free time.
