This projects helps cluster identical colorectal tissue images using two well known clustering algorithm- Kmeans Clustering and Hierarchical Clustering. Based on the finding a comment has been made on which model would suit the dataset for clustering.

Please keep the datasets (.h5 files) in the same folder as the Jupyter Notebook files. Please read the report (pdf document) to gain a better understanding of the process.
