Minor changes to CONTRIBUTING.md: - Include information about using the ticketing system to track and solve issues. - Also improve git workflow section by including branching and use of git rebase.

This pull request improves the clarity of the git workflow for AcousticBrainz and creates a section on bug tracking.
Include information about using the ticketing system to track and solve issues.
Also improve git workflow section by including branching and use of git rebase.
