Hi, my name is Ryan, and I build tools and interesting things. I do a lot of Linux stuff, and gaming stuff, and sometimes even Linux gaming stuff!

Some people know me from Loki Games, or as an SDL maintainer, or for running icculus.org. Or maybe you just know me as a wiseguy on Twitter. People I don't know keep telling me they read my Wikipedia page, which is both flattering and creepy at the same time.

I'm trying out GitHub Sponsors to see if people will fund specific interesting projects, instead of funding me generally.

When I hit the goal milestone, I start working on the listed project. When the project is done, I set a new goal with a new project while I swim around in the money like Scrooge McDuck. All work is developed in the open with open source licenses. Everyone wins!

If I can hit this goal, I will write an SDL backend for GTK+, so that all sorts of new and wild platforms can suddenly have access to a powerful GUI toolkit.
