A Mapbox Vector Tile (MVT) map tiling server with built-in clustering and filtering
helps handling tile pyramids
This is a Java implementation of the Google Maps projection which is based on the mercator projection. You can convert longitude/latitude values to world coordinates and calculate pixel coordinates for different zoom levels.

openframeworks Addon to parse GPX 1.1 files
This tool converts latitude and longitude coordinates to world Mercator using EPSG:3395, enabling seamless bidirectional conversion.

Prunes or copies part of a tile pyramid
If you don't like to use google map on your app, rather then use your pixel perfect custom Mercator map. This is for you.
