Halyna Lvivna Levytska ( Ukrainian , 23 Janairu shekarar 1901 - 13 Yuli shekarar 1949, wanda kuma aka sani da Halyna Levytska-Kruselnytska da Olena Piatyhorska ) yar wasan piano ce ta kasar Ukraine kuma malamar waka.
