Volta Region (bɛɛ Volta) dinɛ bɛ Ghana la anɛ Ghana region nam piinɛ ayuobʋ la yinne, ka Ho aan di tempʋtita’ar.[1][2] Di tɔd nɛ Republic of Togo Ya-tuona baba ka tɔd nɛ Lake Volta Ya-nya’aŋ baba. Di mɔrnɛ dministrative districts ban pisi nɛ anu, region la mɔr ethnic groups bɛdegʋ[3] nɛ buudi bɛdegʋ, ba sieba anɛ Ewe, Guan, nɛ Akan nidib. Guan nidib la sieba anɛ Lolobi, Likpe, Akpafu, Buem, nɛ Nkonya (baɛ yʋ’ʋm paasi Oti region) nidib. New Patriotic Party da nwaae Oti regioni yinɛ Volta Region December 2018.
