  • In this issue, the origin of Drax the Destroyer and Moon Dragon is told. In Daredevil #105, a different version of Moon Dragon's origin is told, wherein the Titan Emlot is said to have killed Heather's parents while on a missionary expedition to Earth. During this flashback, Heather encounters Eros and Thanos as children, though Thanos here is shown as an adult.
  • Black Panther mentions the alien fleet was detected by the orbiting station Starcore, who alerted the Avengers.
