Synopsis for "To Topple the Kingpin"
Kingpin was informed of the Punisher's intervention at Malcolm Shabazz High School. Later, Microchip was under attacked and summoned the Punisher. They learned that Kingpin sent the attackers before Microchip's warehouse was destroyed by an anti-tank missile. After walking through sewers, they entered an auto body shop where Microchip presented the Punisher a new battle van. The two drove to a dome home previously purchased by Microchip where he showed the Punisher a computer virus that he intended to insert into Kingpin's records.
After learning that the strike team had been wiped out, Kingpin tasked Mr. Kliegg with killing the Punisher. As Microchip was uploading the virus through one of Kingpin's banks in the Bahamas, the Punisher told him about Reese McDowell and Vernon Brooks. Then, the Punisher convinced the two to join him before traveling to Provo, Utah to collect Conchita Ortiz.
Several days later, outside Mirisch, Florida, the Punisher assembled his allies and briefed them. While the Punisher told Reese why he became the Punisher, Mr. Kliegg observed them.
