Creating Super Soldiers[]

Under the direct orders of both Madame Hydra and The Doctor, Turgeon developed a physical enhancement serum for HYDRA. Once the serum was complete, Melinda May came to the lab and asked Turgeon for the serum to take down the Patriot. Turgeon explained to her the ingredients of the serum and how one dose could make the Patriot begging for his life.^[1]

Deletion[]

Like everything else in the Framework, the alternate version of Kenneth Turgeon was deleted when Aida decided to wipe out the Framework and recreate its content in the real world.^[2]
