While onlookers were watching Steve Rogers be sworn in to his presidency via a video feed in Times Square, a dueling Watcher and Ultron came crashing into this reality. They did not stay for long, however, as Ultron quickly knocked The Watcher into a different reality.^[1]

• A similar reality designated Earth-81426 is the focus of What If...? #26. In it, Captain America runs as the presidential candidate for the New Populist Party. Publicly revealing his identity in his inauguration, Rogers becomes highly popular in his term. However, it's cut short when he's killed by the Red Skull.
