St. Louis is the second largest city of the state of Missouri.
History[]
Infiltration into St. Louis Aerospace Facility[]
- "Guess we're going to St. Louis, Missouri."
- âPhil Coulson[src]
S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent Piper, who had lost track of her fellow agents in the aftermath of the last battle against Aida, struck a deal with General Hale and planted the Kree Beacon in the St. Louis Aerospace Facility, periodically activating it and hoping that her former colleagues would notice it.
The light beams emitted in the city of St. Louis were spotted by the Chronicom Noah from the Lighthouse. Noah informed the S.H.I.E.L.D. agents, who had just returned from a dystopian 2091, and they decided to go to St. Louis in order to investigate. The team infiltrated the facility and reunited with Piper before starting to study the Kree Beacon.
However, as they realized that Piper had betrayed them by siding with Hale, a group of Sleeper Mechs led by Ruby Hale arrived in the facility to ambush the S.H.I.E.L.D. team. A fierce battle erupted between the agents and the androids. In the end, although Yo-Yo Rodriguez had her arms cut off by Ruby, the S.H.I.E.L.D. team managed to retreat to Zephyr One and hastily left St. Louis.[1]
Alternate Universes[]
Filmed USO Show[]
In an alternate universe, Steve Rogers performed his USO show in St. Louis, where the show was filmed. He watched himself and started to believe in the importance of the USO shows.[2]
Thor's Party[]
During Thor's party on Earth, Loki and his Frost Giant friends intended to use the Gateway Arch as a slingshot in Sydney. However, upon learning that Frigga was coming, Loki and the other partygoers returned the Arch back to St. Louis.[3]
