Tucker Smallwood (born 22 February 1944; age 80) is the actor who played Admiral Bullock in the Star Trek: Voyager fifth season episode "In the Flesh". He is best known in Star Trek for his recurring portrayal of the Xindi-Primate councilor in the third season of Star Trek: Enterprise, which he himself named "Depac". [1].
He is also known to science fiction fans as Commodore Glen Van Ross in Space: Above and Beyond (which co-starred Lanei Chapman), and has appeared as a guest star on Babylon 5, starring Claudia Christian, Andreas Katsulas and Bill Mumy, with Kitty Swink.
In 1995 he appeared in an episode of NBC's Wings, starring Steven Weber, with Danny Goldring and Andrew Robinson.
He also appeared in Deep Impact (1998, featuring James Cromwell, Denise Crosby, Merrin Dungey, Mark Moses, Kurtwood Smith, and Concetta Tomei). Smallwood appeared as God alongside fellow Voyager alumnus Sarah Silverman in four episodes of The Sarah Silverman Program between 2007 to 2010. In 2001 he was featured in Panic along with Alexander Enberg and Kristanna S. Loken.
