Bob Blackman was a 24th century Human individual, an associate of the Federation's Starfleet in the 2370s decade.

Biography[]

In the year 2374, Blackman was assigned to Starbase 375 and was listed on a directory as having an office in room 13-3412. (DS9 reference: Star Trek: Deep Space Nine Technical Manual)

In 2375, Blackman was acknowledged as a yard engineer of Utopia Planitia Fleet Yards in the ship commissioning personnel of the Defiant-class starship USS Sao Paulo, listed on that ship's dedication plaque. (DS9 episode: "The Dogs of War")

This character was not mentioned in dialogue, but was listed on the dedication plaque set pieces. The names listed were references to members of the DS9 season 7 production staff, and in this case, the character was named for costume designer Robert BlackmanMA.
