Russ A. English was a 24th century Human man, a member of the Federation Starfleet and an officer assigned to service during the Dominion War.
Biography[]
In the 2370s decade, English was assigned to Starbase 375 and was listed on a directory as having an office in room 14-5155. (DS9 reference: Star Trek: Deep Space Nine Technical Manual)
In the year 2374, a casualty report filed by the starships USS Cochrane and USS Wyoming, as well as reports from Starbase 129 and Starbase 153 all noted that Lieutenant English had been wounded in action. An additional report from USS Repulse noted he had been killed. (DS9 episode: "In the Pale Moonlight")
Later, in 2375, reports of Lieutenant English's status as wounded remained on record from the Cochrane, Wyoming and Starbase 129. (DS9 episodes: "Image in the Sand", "The Siege of AR-558")
2375 casualty reports filed by Repulse confirmed Lieutenant English as having been killed. (DS9 episode: "What You Leave Behind")
