Reflections was the 24th "season" update to STO video game: Star Trek Online, released for PC on 14 September 2021. Reflections follows a previous season update, House United from 25 May 2021 and starts a new storyline based around Admiral Leeta from the mirror universe and the machinations of the mysterious Emperor of the Terran Empire.

Other releases[]
- On the "Ten Forward Weekly" livestream on Twitch.tv on 23 September, the developers first presented the previously teased tier 6 upgrade to the Steamrunner-class escort, and name it the Appalachia-class. The Appalachia is equipped with a tricobalt tear launcher console, a weapon that launches tricobalt warheads. During the stream, Mike Fatum explained this feature is an homage to the Steamrunner-class used as artillery platforms in Star Trek: Armada.
- On the "Ten Forward Weekly" livestream on Twitch.tv on 6 October, Community Manager Mike Fatum and Systems Designer Scott Compton discussed, and played through, the new Task Force Operation set in Castle Pyris. This TFO is the first iteration of an annual Halloween event, analog to the First Contact Day event in April. This mission introduces new species/entities to the game: the extragalactic Old Ones on Pyris VII, witches and skeleton combatants.
- Star Trek Online names the 31st-32nd century Constitution class the Kirk-class Heavy Temporal Battlecruiser, to differentiate it from other iterations of the Constitution class from the 23rd century, while the official CBS name remains Constitution-class for this ship type.
