Tomorok was a Rigellian male who served as the Federation Councillor for the United Rigel Worlds and Colonies in the late 24th century. Tomorok, who served on the Federation Security Council in 2380, was notorious on the Council for both his imposing height and his historic disdain for the Federation Starfleet.
