The USS Directorate (NCC-2110) was a 23rd century Federation starship in Starfleet service.

Service history and disposition[]

Directorate, with registry number NCC-2110, was authorized for construction as a Federation-class dreadnought by a Starfleet appropriation on stardate 6066 in the early to mid-2260s decade. (ST reference: Star Fleet Technical Manual)

Directorate was in service as a Ulysses-class dreadnought (DN) in the 2280s and 2290s. (ST video game: Starfleet Command, ST video game: Starfleet Command II: Empires at War, ST video game: Starfleet Command: Orion Pirates)

It is not clear if Directorate was ever built to the original Federation dreadnought specifications, as the SFTM only notes it was authorized. It is possible it was built as a Federation-class vessel and then refit, or that the plans were cancelled and/or altered to make way for the ship commissioning of the Ulysses-class.

This vessel had the capability of being modified for service as an advanced dreadnought (DN+ in the Agamemnon series), an improved dreadnought (DNG in the Entente series) or a heavy dreadnought (DNH in the Babylon series). No history or definitive fate is established for this vessel in the SFC games as its name was randomly selected for a dreadnought by the SFC game software.

In the 24th century, by the 2370s decade, this ship had been succeeded in name by a Sovereign-class ship, the USS Directorate. (ST video game: Starfleet Command III)
