Dragon Ball Z x Kao

This is peak Dragon Ball fiction, from the moment Vegeta stood there, arms crossed, I knew I wouldn't forget this ANY day of my life. As it turns out, I was correct.

In this emotional return to the Dragon Ball franchise, Vegeta finds himself with his greatest threat, cleaning, it's absolutely insane how the writers pulled this off while maintaining the canon intact, that alone deserves a grammy, but what topped it off? His most iconic move yet: Final Flash (Bath), I still shudder to think such an amazing move could be performed in DRAGON BALL, One Piece just doesn't compare... honestly? Naruto doesn't neither.

To all ... the haters? You're not a Dragon Ball fan, you probably watch 12 episode animes with generic ass artstyles, get used to this kind of art pieces.

i came to this anime with a lot of doubts and hesitation, thinking its gonna be pretty mediocre like most animes these days, but to my surprise i enjoyed it a lot!

The visuals:

The visuals are top notch for a dragon ball anime, the way the kame blast is portrayed with so much energy its pretty cool

The characters:

The characters are portrayed in their natural forms, the dude being the savage mad lad full of destruction while the girl is the one who wants to clean things properly, its almost like real life, which makes the character development that much better if you think about it

... The audio:

The audio was alright, a bit of reused sounds from dragon ball soap commercials we have in west asia here, but the narrator was amazing at its performance

10/10 im sold, im gonna go buy the goku cleaner now and clean my toilet that hasnt been cleaned since the days my grandma still watched over this house (very late)

A (semi) serious review for this crossover ad.

If you are major Dragon Ball fan like myself, this is the sort of advertisements you would actually be excited to watch when it comes on.

But I leave my bias out of my reviews.

First up, the animation is horrendous. There's no excuse this time, considering that they didn't have a time crunch for this 30 seconds advertisement with only 20 seconds of animation, they could've taken their time. This is a criticism of the higher ups who rushed this ad, not the animators themselves. Most of it is still frames and they STILL managed to make ... character look off model. The final flash is just a standard one colour beam with no depth.

Second, as with almost every advertisment, the actual product is not advertised. Bulma just holds up the product during the last 3 seconds without actually demonstrating how the product would clean better than Vegeta's method (to destroy everything). Considering that the bathroom she was going to clean is now destroyed, it would be more fitting if she was holding up a brick and mortar...

The ad just made me want to buy another Vegeta Figure, not a cleaning spray. So it fails as an ad for Kao.

But as a Dragon Ball fan, who's seen literally every single media product this franchise has put out, I'd say this was still mildy entertaining.
