These are series that may appeal to an otaku with an ENFJ or INFJ-type personality. This is a list of anime adapted from manga in the Hana to Yume magazine. I'm only including first seasons. Reboots and adaptations of sequel mangas are counted as separate adaptations. PBS affiliate KTEH (now KQEH) aired lots of anime in the US in the late 90s and early 2000s, much of which was never seen before on television in the USA More anime dubbed by Ocean Productions Part 2. Shoujo anime that may contain body horror, cosmic horror and various horror elements, serious topics such as rape and suicide. They might use different kind of storytellings most of other shoujo anime doesn't and more likely to have philosophy. Often well developed main characters, old and completed series. I can’t say these titles are good, but they are unforgettable. *EN* pre 2000s shoujo ^_^ trying to highlight some more obscure stuff Newly released & mentionable titles aired from 1990 t0 1999. Sequels, spin-offs, OVAs, and related movies are not included. Animes with that Specific vibe and atmosphere that you can't put a name to but you know which vibe I'm referring to once you see them. Adaptations of manga that were published by Shojo Beat. No second seasons or sequels are included, however remakes are. Some of the manga are adaptations of visual novels or light novels but this is composed of any manga that has a counterpart anime. Grumpy Jii-san was an anime reviewer and hiking enthusiast.
