The path to find yourslef is always a lot nearer than you have imagined. To seek for the person you love, and yet, not torealise that this person is right beside you. That is the main story line in both Yotsunoha and True Tears in which the lead male characters want to prove themselves. They often can't express their thought clearly, causing confusion and sometimes arguments between the female characters. But in the end everything is set and the boys find their happiness.

In both series, the MC is seeking themselves and a person they value the most yet they don't realize that the person is always by their side. In both anime(s), the main protagonist is trying to prove to themselves for who they are. Both anime have touching drama, melody, and is a slow paced anime that is heartwarming. There is also comedy and of course romance.
