Murphy Bay er ei bukt mellom Penguin Point og Cape Bage. Ho vart oppdaga av Den australasiatiske antarktisekspedisjonen (1911-14) under Douglas Mawson, som namngav ho etter Herbert D. Murphy, eit ekspedisjonsmedlem.
