Madame Julie is an intelligent Yoisa living on Waford, in the Hermit's Cave. She is a side character in One Piece Odyssey.[1]
Appearance[]
As a Yoisa, she has bright yellow fur, along with a round head, thick lips, long arms and short legs.[1]
Personality[]
Julie is a fashion-oriented, nervous designer. She gets scared easily, getting scared upon the Straw Hats entering her cave, but is easily distracted. She is impressed by similar things as Robin, loving her accessory designs and naming Robin her junior apprentice.
Abilities and Powers[]
As a Yoisa, Julie presumably has the ability to become completely invisible at will.

While heading to the Dust Ruins, the Straw Hats stumbled onto a small cave. Upon entering, they found Julie in the last room, terrified of the entering humans. However, after seeing Robin, Julie got distracted from her fear, and asked Robin to create an accessory for inspiration. After doing so, Julie became more energetic, asking for a second, and later third, accessory.
