Mr. 108 is man with tanned skin and light blue hair shaved down to buzzcut apart from three black stripes running from front to back. He has thick black eyebrows, and beard and mustache stubble. He wears a black hakama with its sleeves ripped off and necklace made of large beads.

Personality[]

Mr. 108 places great emphasis on "elegance", specifically his own aesthetic sense. He aggressively pushes his own views on others and is quick to anger when they do not agree with him. He is confident and ambitious as he wanted to rise in the hierarchy of Baroque Works by 100 ranks at once.[1]

Abilities and Powers[]

Mr. 108 boasts an impressive amount of strength for one of the Millions as he was tasked with exterminating all the former Baroque Works agents on Whisky Peak on his own, which included two Frontier Agents. He is able to use a "paralysis jutsu" (かなしばりのじゅつ, kanashibari no jutsu?) to halt the movements of everyone around him, including many Baroque Works agents and the Straw Hat Pirates. This works via sound hypnosis, meaning it can be countered with another melody.[1]

Weapons[]

Mr. 108 wields a naginata as his main weapon and is proficient in using it, being able to destroy the "Tower of Tranquility" on Whisky Peak single-handedly.[1]

History[]

Grand Line Dream Adventure Log[]

Mr. 108 was sent to Whisky Peak to exterminate the former Baroque Works agents on the island. Upon his arrival, he encountered the Straw Hat Pirates at the Tower of Tranquility, where he complained that the tower was lacking in elegance and ruining the scenery. When Luffy had no opinion on the matter, Mr. 108 angrily stormed off. The next day during the tower's opening ceremony, Mr. 108 appeared in front of the crowd and froze them in place with his "paralysis jutsu".

He then proceeded to destroy the tower completely, before trying to kill everyone present. However, his jutsu was undone by the apperance of Igaram who played a counter-melody on his saxophone. Mr. 108 then attacked Igaram and stated that he would claim Igaram's former codename "Mr. 8" by exterminating everyone on the island. The Straw Hats, who were freed from the paralysis, fought Mr. 108 and defeated him. Luffy finished Mr. 108 off with 108 punches from "Gomu Gomu no Gatling Gun" and sent him flying.[1]
