The cover depicts Luffy and Uta in what appears to be a concert, pointing upwards and grinning. A multi-color spotlight shines behind them, with glowsticks in front. The illustration was previously used for the cover of Shonen Jump 2022 Issue 49.
The volume does not follow a standard format, instead including the lyrics and script of various songs and scenes from One Piece Film: Red. It has no "chapters" or table of contents.
