Demetilrebekamicin-D-glukoza O-metiltransferaza (EC 2.1.1.164, RebM) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom S-adenozil-L-metionin:demetilrebekamicin-D-glukoza O-metiltransferaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- 4'-demetilrebekmicin + S-adenozil-L-metionin rebekamicin + S-adenozil-L-homocistein
Ovaj enzim katalizuje zadnji korak biosinteze rebekamicina, indolokarbazolnog alkaloida koji formira actinobakterija Lechevalieria aerocolonigenes.
